I just did the plow pose for the first time!!! It just happened naturally,no thought or trepidation...I knew how deeply to come into it,how long to hold...
I am thrilled! As halasana is one of my favorite poses!
And for the inner guidance-we all can trust and honor-listen-listen to your inner knowing friends!
