Course of study

I am really excited about my new endeavor>>> learning the names and where all the muscles in the body are(36 total),their action,massage pressure points,origin point,insertion point and that muscles synergists! Wow!
I had anatomy courses in my teacher trainings-but we just didn't have the class time to take the study further...
With my recent injuries my interest has been heightend!!!
So here it goes-I am endeavoring to become the anatomy geek I always dreamed of being!!!!!
