“Restorative Yoga is a HEALING form of Hatha yoga, where gentle postures are practiced lying down, while the body is comfortably supported with bolsters and blankets.”

Calm, invigorate and refresh the body, mind & spirit!

~enhance relaxation and well-being~

Restorative yoga is a passive form of yoga. Where the practitioner sets up with blankets, bolsters and other props, in order to fully let-go and relax in a position. Each pose is held for several minutes, in some cases up to 10 or 15, allowing the body to completely release and relax. This is why it so very important to make sure you are in just the right position for you!
