This course offers a comprehensive exploration of the art and science of rest. Designed for yoga teachers, wellness professionals, caregivers—and anyone seeking to understand and experience the profound benefits of deep rest. Restorative yoga provides a sanctuary—a way to gently guide the nervous system back toward parasympathetic tone. With thoughtfully supported postures using props like bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps and sandbags, the body is invited into deep release. This “rest and digest” state supports healing on every level: physical, mental, and emotional.
