What is Yoga Nidra?

 
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a profoundly relaxing practice that guides you into a state of conscious deep relaxation. Despite the name, Yoga Nidra isn't actually about falling asleep; rather, it's about reaching a state of consciousness that hovers between waking and sleeping.
​In this state, the body is fully relaxed, yet the mind remains alert and receptive.

I offer Yoga Nidra meditation both online and in person here in Tucson, AZ, creating accessible ways for you to experience deep rest and rejuvenation. Whether you join me for a Yoga Nidra online session from the comfort of your home or in person at a private session or event, this practice is a powerful tool for relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner healing. Through guided awareness and breath, I’ll lead you into a state of conscious rest, where the body unwinds, the mind settles, and deep transformation can occur.
